Monti has consistently been coming through. Two examples from this weekend are Lozano C00290963 where they were able to cover short notice Monday am transport after claimant reported late Friday night her ride fell through and C00298165 Salustia Nava where they rescheduled to meet hospital DC needs on Friday and change to Saturday- rescheduling twice to meet hospital/patient needs. The efforts of Monti and the after-hours team (Hector this weekend) was very much appreciated and helped to meet our claimant needs and avoid missed MD appt and extended hospital stays. Additionally Hector helped with translation with Ms. Nava to ensure she was communicated with about the changes.
"I just had to write and let you know how much we appreciate Monti. This morning Caroline and her staff in Monti, called to let me know that they were having a hard time locating (a costumer) at the address that he had provided. Attempts to reach him by phone were futile. I truly do not know how they did it but they found him and transported him to the orthopedist. I have always had a lot of faith in Monti but they really went above and beyond this morning."
